Training Schedule
2.15.11 Tuesday: Sea Day 1
12:30pm- 2:00pm “If Momma Ain’t Happy…(Customer Satisfaction)” There is a fine line between being great at customer service and letting clients walk all over you. This session establishes the basis of a great customer satisfaction strategy and outlines methodologies to use to achieve and maintain positive growth. Concepts discussed will be identifying client needs and using the concept of a center’s mission statement to draw and keep the clients who are going to be satisfied with our specific programs and goals.
2:15pm-3:45pm “Are Absences and Tardiness an Issue?” The strategies and policies that were used even 5 years ago to minimize absenteeism and tardiness don’t seem to work with today’s labor force. Topics include: Developing a system that rewards the behavior we want; creating a labor self-accountability system and using a “Pre-Planned PTO”™ system.
4:00pm-5:30pm "Building Staff Loyalty": Statistics tell us that employees usually leave their job for one of eight basic reasons. This class identifies these issues and then allows participants' group brainstorming of differing ways these issues can be overcome.
2.18.11 Wednesday: Sea Day 2
8:00am-9:30am "Classroom Observation is more than watching the monitor!": This session will outline the importance of good classroom observation techniques. In addition, types and structures of classroom observations will be introduced and demonstrated. In many centers this is the missing piece to increasing quality of services and creating a seamless environment from classroom to classroom.
9:45am-11:15am "Maximizing Your Money 2.0": It seems everyone could use more money to increase salaries, be able to purchase more equipment, pay off a mortgage or just create a positive revenue stream. Bradley will share 10 new strategies to increase revenue and create new revenue streams. This session will create opportunity and include brainstorming into each center’s individual situation.
11:30am-1:00pm "Coaching your Staff To Success": This session will introduce the revolutionary new concept of “coaching”. Developing a life mission statement along with helping develop coaching and mentoring structures within your center will be established. The concept of creating life and career coaching relationships will also be discussed. The “HandPrint Hundred ™” program will also be launched.
