How do I RENEW my Texas Director Credential?

A current credential holder only needs to meet the following requirements for renewal and submit their application.

  1. Notify NICCM of any changes in job position, employer or contact information.
  2. Show proof that you have met your states training requirement for each year, with at least 10 hours of training having been received from NICCM during the 2 you have been credentialed.
  3. Complete renewal paperwork included the annual survey.
