Employees Have Personality Too: Managers and Leaders can minimize conflict and maximize their effectiveness with their employee relationships by understanding what motivates their employees. Based on the 4 basic personality types, this class will give insight into concepts like the motivation needs and fundamental paradigms of each of the 4 personality types. Participants will be given a “mini” personality test and will learn the elementary foundation of each.

Understanding the 80/20: This principal discovered in 1897 by Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto has become a powerful leadership strategy. Participants will discuss the basics of the 80/20 rule and how this once only economic principal governs much about leadership and how groups of people respond in given circumstances.
11:30am-1:00pm
Effective Evaluations: Effective Evaluations is an integral part of staff management and creating and environment of growth and positive motivation. This class provides basic instructions to avoid challenges associated with evaluating employees including minimizing conflict and legal issues. Identifying Growth Tipping Points: Bradley has been a consultant and trainer for over a decade and has identified the growth tipping points in early education centers. Participants will be exposed to the general growth tipping points and learn strategies to allow them to power through them. Frequently organizations get stagnated in their growth and find themselves going back and forth in an endless cycle. This class will show that it is often not about economic conditions or even cyclical patterns, but is about understanding what it takes to go to the next level.
10:30am-1:00pm
So You Think Your My Boss Now?: There is a definite transition that takes place when one moves from being a staff member to becoming a member of the Leadership/Management team. This class will discuss common pitfalls and help new and budding leaders move from being the "equal" of other staff members to one who commands and receives respect and creates positive team spirit.
