Session A: 8:00am -12:00pm (4 Contact Hours/.4 CEUs)
Unit 1: Introduction to CDA

Unit 2: Competency Standards 1-3
- Safe & Healthy Learning Environment
- Physical & Congnative Intelegence
- Social Competence & Guidance
Session B: 12:30pm- 4:30pm (4 Contact Hours/.4 CEUs)
Unit 3: Competency Standards 4-6
- Building Relationships with Families
- Effective Program Management
- Professionalism

Session C: 12:30pm-5:30pm
Optional time is allotted specifically for individual consultation and homework. These times are opportunities for attendees to meet one-on-one with their instructor. There will be 3 of these sessions spread out over 3 days.
Session D: 5:30pm - 9:30pm (4 Contact Hours/.4 CEUs)
Unit 4: Personal Philosphy Statements
